Enjoyed the stay

Customer Service At Its Best

Location: Location is great. Quiet setting for privacy. Assortment of businesses, healthcare, and retails Variety of restaurants and pubs at a distance
Meeting Staff, at arrival was impressive. The deliverance of 'We are delighted you chose this location' throughout the check-in process. Meeting the Assistant General Manager, Josh Diaz was impressive as well. Doing what great managers' do; 'the leg work', assisting, inventorying, creative suggesting, meeting guests. Great Job! Rating increase is in order.

We would never recommend this motel

Pros: Nothing
Broken furniture, dirty room, and staff pounding on the door in the morning demanding to be let in so they could "measure the room". We are surprised that Expedia is associated with this motel.

Nice efficency apartment type setup

I stay here most weekends because of work. Alway nice and clean and quite. Good restaurants in walking distance. Only poor mark is the pillows are pretty limp. I bring my own.

Wouldn't dream of staying there again

Old and had it. Not one sink plug. No cups. No room service. Terrible breakfast. I will never stay in an Extended Stay Hotel again

Looked like dried blood on carpet, pots and pans were rusty and unusable.

Shady hotel

Dont stay here. Hotel turned us away said couldnt provide room bc systems down then refused to give us refund and expedia sent a stupid automated message after a week and a half saying we apologize the hotel denied your refund request. The hotel general manager could give no good reason for not granting request and took over a week to reach after calling everyday. Dont stay here they will take your money and threat you like scum.

Bad experience at this hotel

Pros: The hotel staff was polite.
Cons: A lot of things. When I book something, pay attention and give the customer what they have book. Overall cleanliness everywhere can be improved.
I booked this hotel with two beds and paid extra to get two beds. When we got there, there was only one bed. Asked at the lobby if we can change our room to get two beds. No luck. The lady at the lobby was polite, but we had no other options. It was bad. And on top, the bathroom was not clean. Bad experience.

Basic hotel, rooms are pretty worn

Dirt, worn , lacking the posted amenities, cheap hotel but could be maintained better. Towels and sheets had large strands of hair, mold in bathrooms. Definitely would not be staying at that location ever again.
