I paid for a king size bed and pull out room, when we got ready for bed the pullout was missing a mattress. They had none to offer us and brought up sheets and a blanket and told me just to pile them up for a bed. The hotel was clean but this was completely ridiculous and the fact that I was given sheets as an answer is even more mind blowing.

PROS: The location was excellent for walking downtown. Walked over to the Porch at the Marriott for dinner and drinks (recommend!). The parking garage was easily accessed, getting in and out of. Parking was no charge for booking through Expedia! The free breakfast was top notch. CONS: We stayed on the 2nd floor and we DID NOT GET ANY SLEEP all night due to constant police and/or ambulance sirens and helicopters flying over. I am to assume the helicopters were due to the hospital being so close and flying patients in and out all hours. This was on a Sunday night I cannot imagine how loud this would be on a weekend night. If you need to stay before a big work meeting or event or anything you need to be well rested for - I don't know that I would recommend. Perhaps a higher floor would be better?

There were 2 sides to the property, the Fairfield side was terrible, we had to have keys remade the first 3 days. Calling the desk for the simplest issues was never resolved correctly. We asked for soap 3 days straight, they would send shampoo, we asked daily for new had towels, never got them. I told then the outlet on the desk lamp didn't work, they sent light bulbs. They apparently don't speak english. I'll never stay there again.

Check in experience was awful. Service desk was not open. Sign said go to lobby to check in around the corner. Follow the signs. Absolutely no signs. Finally found the other lobby were told to go back to the other lobby. At this point we had to wait and additional 30 minutes to check in when we should have been first. Two people were staffed at the desk but only one was checking people in with a huge line of people waiting. Overall very negative experience with staff especially since we did the pre-check in to cut down on the check in time.

Staff was very friendly and we loved our room, however our room slept 4 with a pull out couch and hotel could not provide pillows or linens. By time I got a blanket, it was see thru thin and they said they were out of pillows. Very inconvenient and called for a long weekend of no sleep. Otherwise the breakfast was good and location was so so.

Conjoined hotels was confusing. Check in at one and wade through a maze of halls and doors to get to the other hotel. Didn’t really feel safe on streets at night walking to dinner.

Hotel was clean. Was a weird small when first walking into room. Was charged $19 for parking. They asked if I needed a parking pass but didn’t say it cost $19 until I saw it on my card on file as they said for incidentals

Staff was professional and courteous. I was disappointed that I had to pay $19 additional to park on property. I would definitely stay again the next time I am headed to the KFC Yum Center.

This hotel is very dirty; the room was awful and smells like sewer. Hallways were dirty, breakfast was very bad;;m probably the worst hotel I had been to in my entire life. I understand this is not a 5 star hotel but it lacks the basics of cleanness, I really cannot say anything good about this hotel apart from its location.

Main check in closed. Bad communication to check in adjoining Spring Hill hotel. Waited for long time before recieving any assistance. Room key would not work. Confusing how to get around hotel. Located in bad area downtown. No breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable enough. Would not recommend.
