Nice hotel next to KFC Yum Center!

It was perfect walking distance to the KFC Yum Center. I had to wait a minute to get checked in and the manager was so nice about it he gave me around $10 of free snacks from the snack Center to make up for it! Also, they were very nice when I asked to get a late check out! Would very much recommend

Located close to all attractions downtown. Staff was extremely helpful and nice.

Location: The hotel was really close to downtown and walking distance to several restaurants, but the area was a little sketch (as most downtowns are).
Hotel staff was super nice, and the hotel itself was very nice and renovated. Shower had some rust under the faucet, but everything else was really perfect! I would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay!

Pros: Everything bright and clean.
Location: Downtown was a great place to be and we really enjoyed Falls on the Ohio State Park and Clifty Falls State Park.We had not been to Louisville before.
Nice stay with daughter and sister! Sister was from Washington and daughter was from Lexington. Staff was very helpful, answering questions and putting together a folder of things to do. The free shuttle with Steven was great---to Joe's Crab Shack. Steven was super telling us about downtown and the bridges!

Great Location for A Good Value

This hotel is always clean and most of the staff is amazing. Night staff can be hard to find and sometimes appear to be untrained but they really try to serve. Overall, a good spot for the value. Central to some yummy eats.

Noisy,you had to pay for parking but they where not reliable for your vehicle???

The bed was uncomfortable. The heat only heated half the suite. It was 80 degrees in the bedroom and 55 in the living room and bath area. Breakfast was horrible. Cheap food, not quality.

There were no drapes to darken the room. Made it hard to sleep.
