An OK hotel for the price - very dated facility

Posted Oct 26, 2015
Pros: Location near the convention center but w/o the high rates
Cons: Tear it down and start over
Not bad overall, just an old facility. Staff seemed helpful and concerned, esp. when breakfast was late and we had to move on w/o.

Very disappointing - nothing as advertised.

Posted Oct 24, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Didn't stay but one night out of 4 reserved.
Hotel was under renovation - or at least that was the excuse given for the restaurant, lounge and most other guest amenities not being available. Even the WIFI was being renovated by the IT department - really! Outside parking was unsafe - most lights were out. Public areas of hotel were dirty and not maintained. Furniture in room was broken (only one drawer in dresser usable). Toilet required holding down the lever or it wouldn't flush. I would not send my enemies to this hotel! I'll not be using Expedia again - can't trust the information being provided on any property after this experience.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had

Posted Oct 23, 2015
Pros: Absolutely nothing it should be condemned
I have booked through Expedia many times but I am shocked that they would associate themselves with this hotel. The entire 1st floor was not in use and the entire place was flagged with caution tape . The fire alarm went off, the entire hotel was evacuated for over an hour until the fire department could come and turn the alarm off !!! Yes I do mean the fire alarm was blaring for an hour ! This place looked like something from the Adams Family just totally creepy with roach bugs crawling everywhere and all the lights flickering !! Because of this experience I will never again book through Expedia, never. And did I mention no refunds could be given because we booked through Expedia, we will never make that mistake again.

never again.

Pros: this is an old, run down, conference center and hotel. Office is in separate building from rooms rented. building with rooms is poorly lit
Cons: hallways smell of cig smoke. actual room was nice. counter person was rude and extremely not customer friendly.
Location: waffle house next door. close to SDF airport
overall. there were only 6 cars in the parking lot. smelly, dark dingy place. stayed in alot of places but will never stay here again. NO way its a 3 star. 1 - 1.5 at best Breakfast was on a card table and 3 steps down from a cheap continental breakfast. said they had wireless but not functioning. One worker told me the place had been flooded out and they were renovating. I saw zero improvements being worked on. The room was clean and the only nice thing about the old dreary place. tv remote broken

OK for a short stay

Posted Oct 14, 2015
Pros: Price
Cons: Elevator cleanliness and breakfast.
Location: Close to the airport (can hear planes as they start flying in early morning)
Room was clean and equal to better hotels in the area. The Heating/AC unit was a wall/window unit with no external thermostat, and a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper, it probably is useful if you happen to use white noise machines for sleep! The elevators had very old carpet and very dirty, with trash and cigerette butts on the floor when we checked in at night, and was the same in the morning when we checked out. The continental breakfast was set up late, and did not look very inviting, so we passed on that and left. Overall, it was good value for a single night stay.

Under construction.

Under construction. If you need a room for < $100 it will do. Don't bring your family. It's a room.
