Elevators were broken. Only one person working the breakfast and he was not able to keep up. Ice machines didn’t work. Asked for clean towels but never received them. Door to room would not lock properly. Bedding was very old and the whole hotel needs to be updated

It was nice to have a shuttle to the airport with a very friendly driver. We carried on a conversation on the way to the airport and she was very sweet.

Stay and park for flight from SDF
Stayed here the night before our Disney trip. Was able to park for free for the week. Shuttle to the airport was great and took 5 minutes. The room was HUGE!! Highly recommend staying here when in Louisville, especially if you are flying out of SDF in the morning. You can stay and park for almost the same as just parking for the week.

The breakfast was great; The complimentary drinks and as well airport shuttle fantastic especially for first time to Louisville KY: Carpet in the room was my only concern as I have acute allergies/stuffiness in room... otherwise was excellent experience

disappointed in stay
We were very disappointed in our stay (6 women over 60) the bar and restaurant were closed, the pool wasn't open. We went and enjoyed our day in Louisville and wanted to come back to the 4 points, relax in the pool and have some dinner, we could not do that. The hide a bed was extremely uncomfortable and the beds we hard. We called down for extra blankets and pillows for the hide a bed (which i believe should of already been in the room, when they arrived one of the blankets was moldy!!!

Emmanuel was the best part!
Everything was great. Clean and open spaces. Really hot water. They have a small breakfast buffet for 10.00. The best part was emmanuel. He was extremely kind and courteous. I appreciate everything he did for us.

I reserved this hotel when I was in Florida. After driving all day, I arrive to find out that they don’t accept internet bank debit cards, so I had no choice but to go somewhere else. Keep in mind that we stayed at a Sheraton resort in Florida that had no issues with my card, but this Sheraton hotel in Kentucky turned me away. At least the Hilton across the street accepted my card.

Nice and clean. facility seems to be in good shape. There did seem to be a strange smell coming from the A/C at times; not sure if it was from the outside. Need a voucher to get breakfast (which is pretty decent); weird that we could only order a voucher online for 2 people. But staff was nice, allowed all 4 of us to get the meals.

Decent hotel
Hotel staff was friendly, hotel was clean. Location is convenient to Louisville airport, U of L, Churchill Downs, etc. Room was a little larger than average. The AC clanged off and on through the night, so that was a little frustrating. And disappointed that breakfast wasn't included, which I'm sure I just didn't notice when I booked it.

Clean, affordzble, nice timely and friendly shuttle to airport, very comfortable bed. Room did not include microwave. Arranged for late checkout and put the sign on the door; of course housekeeping woke me at 8:30 anyway.
