The front desk staff were amazing and super nice. The only complaint I have is the breakfast. There were no options for people who do not eat pork and the food options were very limited. It was not worth the money at all.

We stayed one night for a concert and couldn’t be happier with our room, friendly staff, easy check in/out and valet services. Great location and walkable to nearby food and entertainment options. We will definitely be back!

The Hyatt Regency is a lovely hotel, with a convenient location to Fourth Street Live. The self parking could have been better, but I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a decent one, but nothing fancy. I think that would be the Grand Hyatt. There was no amenity in the bathroom such as q-tips or sewing kit etc. There was a broken hanger in the closet. The second day I was waken up by an alarm from the next room, which was unoccupied, the alarm went on for 10 minutes, this was before 6am, and there was no way to go back to sleep. I called the front desk to let them know, but I did not hear anyone coming to the room to check, the alarm stopped by itself after 10 minutes. There was no room service for food that I could find, which was kind of unexpected. Overall, it is good, but not a great place. The location is very good though.

We stayed in a VIP suite while traveling to Louisville for a wedding. We came back in the evening, and there was no bedding for the pull out sofa where our children were going to sleep. The mattress was stained and disgusting. We called for bedding and were told they would bring it up shortly. We were all exhausted from traveling and the wedding, especially our kids. They were so tired they were crying because they didn't have a place to sleep. After waiting an hour, I called the font desk again to check on the status of the bedding. A security guard delivered the bedding about 15 min later. On top of that, our toilet was running and would not fill, which made it inoperable. We let the front desk know, but did not want anyone coming in the middle of the night to fix it. In short, we had a terrible experience at this hotel. UPDATE: I also left this review on another site trip advisor and the hotel manager replied that they would be getting in touch with to resolve the issue. Guess what... they never did.

A group of college kids stayed at the hotel. They yelled outside their rooms until very late into the night. Called the front desk but it didn't solve the problem. Carpet was stained. Would of liked to see a discount on parking.

Ok but not what I am used to for a Hyatt.
Nice hotel. Would expect a Hyatt Regency to have more amenities. No airport shuttle, no room service, no hot tub, no heated pool. The restaurant is nice and food was good. Employees I encountered were all very pleasant.

Overall, my stay was great. My only con was the VERY LATE check in. I got to the hotel at 2:30 pm though the check in time was at 4 pm. Understandably, no room was available, however I left my number to be contacted when a room was available. I was not contacted by anyone even at 15 mins past 5pm. I had to go back to the front desk to inform them I had been waiting for over an hr. Excluding the later check in, the hotel is clean, located in a convenient part of downtown, and in the midst of lots of restaurants. A walking distance to the Muhammad Ali center and the one four bridge.

Check-In disaster.
Everything was great except the check in process. Check-in was at 4 pm and had dinner reservations at 5:30 pm. Upon arrival they told me no room was available and to please sit in the lobby and they would text. Multiple other parties were having the same issue. Upon waiting 45 minutes and it being after check-in time front desk was once again asked about status of room. They stated that rooms were still not clean. This is just very bad practice when your charging guests almost 400.00 per night. Plus ended up missing our dinner reservation!
