Felt Like #1 Priority

From the moment we drove up, we felt like we were #1 to them. Great bellhop service, great front desk. Service for crib delivery was fast and when they had given us the wrong sheet, they came back quickly. Front desk has a little toy chest with little things for children which helps make the beautiful, giant, elegant lobby feel kid-friendly. Restaurants are great. Had dinner at Champions and Princess was a wonderful server. She knew exactly what we needed before we knew we did! Starbucks in the lobby. Best hotel experience we have had in Louisville. We're loyal customers now!
