Very nice hotel. Room was very nice. Not enough seating at the pool on a Saturday and no room in the pool. Food was to expensive in the Falls St Market and everything closed to early.

Hotel staff and everything so available was exceptional! Only bad experience we had was a couple of the hostesses at Bobs Steak house within the hotel, completely ignored us standing there, i finally just sat myself at the bar.....$800 meal and you get ignored at the door. Rest of the staff was excellent!

I checked in late and did get to my room until 11:30pm and when I arrived I surprised 3 others that were already in my room. There systems were down earlier in the day and I guess they doubled booked my room. It was weird, but I really didn't care that much. The part that got me was no apology or anything, just kinda of business as usual. Oh and my second room had a "welcome" bag for some conference they had in town that I was not a part of. So I returned it to the front desk the next morning and mentioned my 3 roommates form the night before and again no apology or anything.
