The hotel was in a good location, near restaurants

Pros: The location, the lobby, the maintenance department
Cons: The hallways are extremely long. Perhaps in renovating these could be shortened.
Location: the areas nearby included various restaurants and shopping malls.
One member of our group needed a handicap room. The rest of us asked to be put in rooms near him. Perhaps this is what caused the problem. However, staff members should be aware of the condition of the rooms they are dispensing, or be able to ask someone. It appears that the rooms we were given had not been used in quite awhile. They were dusty but not unclean. The furniture was old, scarred and wobbly.

Pros: The staff.
Cons: Maintenance; new mattress needed.
Location: This motel is in an industrial area. One should be aware of that.
I learned something by staying at this place,which is associated with a convention center. It was in an industrial park and hard to locate at night--the address was Bluegrass Parkway--and I thought might be a big road, but it was an interior loop inside the industrial park grounds. If one is arriving at night, after dark, one should opt for an easier-to-locate place. Google maps tried--but it was too tricky. Lights in the rooms had not been checked; I had to switch rooms to get a bathroom light. The second room had one lightbulb out, too. There was such a weak wi-fi signal that I could not connect. There was no info in the room on how to connect--no info in the room on TV channels, etc. The staff were very pleasant.

Stayed there with my husband and 18 year old son . My son's room wasn't cleaned . Bed not made. Hair all over the place . Our room had smelly sheets and the sheets looked unwashed and un ironed . Was told the price included breakfast but in the morning we were refused breakfast . Being a visitor from Africa Zimbabwe, I can't compare this hotel with our hotel standards in our country. 😭This hotel is a 1 star.

Decent hotel, food in restaurant was good, staff was friendly. As a business traveller I depend on the quality of the internet service and was very disappointed. Stuck with 1.8 mb download after booking a three night stay was brutal. Had to find a local coffee shop to transfer my work materials back to office. Location wise this hotel is close to everything you need.

The Hotel is huge and rooms are very inexpensive and clean. The lobby has been updated but the rooms need the same.

Very disappointed overall. First, the room they gave us was already occupied. We walked in and thankfully nobody was in there but all their bags were on the bed if we wanted to be thieves. This was room also had 2 full beds, when our reservation was for 1 king. After being assigned our 2nd room, we nearly got lost trying to navigate from the room, through the poorly labeled hallways, and down to the "heated indoor pool." The pool must be heated by ambient air temperature because it was about 65 degrees. Good thing we took beer

Very inconvienent as far as the vending machines. Several places to eat near the hotel but, hotel did not offer any reasons to stay again. I could have gone to a cheaper hotel and been way more comfortable.
