Great stay and close to the hiway!
We were warmly welcomed and check in was very fast. The room was spotless and they even provide earplugs due to the noise of incoming flights (the airport is very close to the hotel).

The staff was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and the room way very clean. Only downfall was there was a football game and I was on the bottom floor which was very loud. Very nice facility and I would stay again

The room is spacious, and the staff were nice. Our room is next to the highway side, and it is beyond loud. Every couple of minutes a semi would pass by, and it sounded like an airplane just took off above your head.

Good stay overall
Place was clean and nicely decorated. Pillows werent the best, beds were fine. Was 4 of us staying and only had 1 towl, washrag and hand towel. Not a big deal, went to desk and asked for more, no issues. Staff was very polite and helpful, breakfast was good as well. Overall a good stay and would definitely come back if were in the area.

I just spent 5 days at the Residence Inn by Marriott Louisville Airport. It was my first time to stay at an extended stay hotel and I was quite impressed. There was a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave in my room. I had a Queen-sized bed and a nice sized bathroom; good water pressure in the shower. There's a daily hot breakfast in the morning. My room was cleaned every other day and all in all I was quite impressed. The hotel is right next to the airport, and while there are earplugs in the room as well as the option of using a white-noise machine from the Front Desk, I didn't need it at all. My room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. All in all, it was a great first-time experience here and I will definitely plan on returning. My only (small) issue is that I got in late the first night (around 9 pm) and the parking lot was pretty full and rather dark; it was a little hard to find a parking place. Perhaps better lighting and signage would help here. However, it wouldn't stop me from returning as I felt very safe as a single woman traveling alone.

Love the property location and kitchen. Outdoor patio and firepit was really nice. Breakfast was all we could ask for and open great hours. Kept all good full till the very end. Bed and pillows not greatest but not the worst either. Staff very nice. We were going to use the shuttle one day and told driver here in a minute. 10-15 minutes later still not there. Told he was almost back from the airport. (That gets presidence which is understandable) but he pulled up and was taking each person to their car to unload luggage so not sure how they just came from an airport with a car there but when I asked how long it would be the driver paused and started saying he was dropping this person here and that one there and honestly by now I was supposed to be in a meeting across the street in my chair in 15 minutes so we couldn’t risk him taking his time or getting another airport call… blabla. Wished we’d just been told in the beginning that he was coming back from the airport and 20 minutes out. We’d just drive ourselves. I was getting anxious waiting and waiting. “Be here in just a minute” was a little misleading. But they offer shuttle free within a few miles so that’s cool just give yourself EXTRA TIME just in case or you may get anxious!! Would DEFINITELY stay here again. The hotel is smaller so don’t have to walk miles to your room like my friends who stayed a walking distance away for more money, no kitchen or full fridge and no free breakfast.

We checked in later than planned, about midnight, got our room and went to the room. The bathroom was horrible the toilet had obviously overflowed and was plugged, the gentleman at the desk offered to try to plunge it but i decided to try myself. It was unfixable, i came back to the desk to let him know i was unsuccessful and he advised he had akready moved us to a new room and helped us to move. I would of rated higher on the cleanliness because the new room was perfect, i wish i could remember the desk mans name because he did all he could to help and was amazing. Everything else was great, breakfast was amazing for a hotel buffet, next time im in Louisville this is my place to stay!
