All staff were very polite, especially the facility engineer asked every time he saw one of us How our stay was going and if we needed anything to please let him know.

Mother's Day Weekend

Our stay this past weekend was amazing from the room, staff and outstanding customer service at breakfast! We take multiple get away weekends each year and we will definately come back! This location was one of my favorite for the dining options, shopping and customer service received. Way to go Residence Inn Marriott! Best, One Happy Mom

Nice clean hotel

Our stay at the Residence was very comfortable. Our room was neat and clean and quiet through the night. The only complaint I have is that the breakfast was poorly managed, with a lack of food and drinks made available.

Short stay to use the pool, and had a great time. Love the long pool hours, just wish that breakfast was a little bit longer. Room was great, very comfortable and clean.

Conveniently located to attractions

The staff was very friendly; always making sure we had everything we needed. They were doing construction but it didn't stop the wonderful service or affect our stay at all. The indoor pool was great! We will definitely stay there again.

There's nobody at the front desk

I visited this hotel about 4 times and every time I go in, there's nobody at the front desk. I always have to call "hello?" "Anybody here?" like an idiot several times to get somebody. This time I finally asked the crew what's going on, and she said there's only one person at the front desk / office area after 4pm, and the crews have other works to take care of in the office. I don't understand that. I feel very unwelcome when I want to check in and there's nobody helping me. I visited numerous Residence Inn across the nation and this is the only place that I have this problem with. They really need to keep more than 1 person at least until 9pm. Other than that, the hotel is nice. Currently undergoing renovation (as of Jan. 2015), but I bet that will be finished soon.

I have used your comments as a training opportunity for my front desk staff so that they know the importance of someone always being at the front desk to assist our guests.I do hope that you will give us another opportunity to host you the next time your travels bring you to Louisville.
