Dirty Hotel Rooms

Pros: The employees were nice.
Cons: Clean it up repair the holes in the walls, move the dining area down stairs so mobility challenged people are able to go in an eat.
Location: It is in a very good location numerous eateries, 2 malls in a very short drive, near the fair an exposition center.
The rooms were not clean to my standard food & bugs on the floor. Bugs & dirt in the Sliding door seal, feces on the commode. the staff said they were having problems with their cleaning staff. There was too much dirt left over from a long time. They moved us to another room. The sheets were soiled, kitchen appliances were dirty & food on kitchen floor. Breakfast is offered but you must climb 2 flights of stairs to get to the food. I have RA & OA my knees and hips will not allow me climb without much difficulty. If an accessible room is needed someone should let you know breakfast is up 2 flights of stairs. We stayed at a Residence Inn in Atlanta and it was great.

Anne, I'm so sorry for the cleanliness issues you experienced in your recent stay. I have addressed this with our housekeeping department, and am currently working with that manager to retrain our staff to ensure that every guest checks in to a sparkling clean room. As for the breakfast area, unfortunately we are unable to move that at this time, as there is no place on the first floor to move it to that would be fully accessible, as well as large enough to cook and serve breakfast. My friendly staff is always ready to assist in bringing down breakfast for anyone who is unable to access the breakfast area! Bed too hard

You can hear everything in the rooms and pet cleaning fee is high.

Quick stay over night

We were traveling cross country and this was in our way. Only weird thing was the morning manager wanted to know when I'll be out of the room so he could send a bit in a hurry. Other than. That a nice comfortable hotel.

Only stayed one night but would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.
