You can hear everything in the rooms and pet cleaning fee is high.

As stated in our website, our pet fee is $100 (one-time fee per stay) that is to cover the expense of pet treating the room for the next guest once the pet checks out of the suite. We would love the opportunity to serve you again next time you are in town. And if you prefer, we can recommend some nice pet boarding places for your four legged family member near our hotel. My experience was fine; I've stayed at this facility several times during the past several years and keep coming back. Although I've found my stay to be very satisfactory, this time I found the room and overall experience to to be perfect in all ways. Also, I place a value on the additional space, layout and "townhouse format" privacy of the Residence Inn rooms at this location even though I typically stay only 1 or 2 nights at a time.

Room was a little dirty. Water leak over toilet in bathroom when arrived.

Nice place

Nice design to the place. Rooms too small for all the furniture there. Staff at desk nice and helpful. The people who are supposed to clean the rooms not very good. Half cleaned one day. Second day, did not clean at all. I've had this happen before. Is not cleaning the room the last day a a way to cut costs?

Made you feel like home.

when to assist my daughter who was moving to Louisville KY, as a traveling nurse. Room was located within miles of her new assignment. Very comfortable except for the pillows. Great breakfast and front desk staff. Made you feel like home.

Very disappointed in this stay. Room was not clean. Pipe under Kitchen sink was broken and water ran all over floor. Large wasp nest on hand railing outside front door. Pool and room furnishings were dated and worn. Linens were nice.
