In clean condition, well maintained and looks newish. Very close to the highway and airport so if you're a light sleeper or sensitive to loud noise, this might not be the place for you.

Face plates on electrical fixtures were missing. Weather stripping around door was missing. Could see light around 3 sides. Was charged 100.00 deposit at check in that I was not aware of prior to arriving. Was told so long as the room was not smoked in that I would receive the deposit back… then I was given a room that smelled like smoke.

They charge a $100 deposit. last time I had to call so they can make the refund. They don´t put shampoo, rinse and only one little soap for the shower ,and not for the lavatory.

Very close to Kentucky Exhibition Center and Airport. Very limited parking though. Newly renovated rooms with nice beds. Big screen tv and nice room layout. Will stay here again.

Was charged a $100.00 deposit that wasnt made aware of until check in. Was told I had an option for late check out because I am only in town overnight because I had surgery and follow up appointment tomorrow. The heat and a/c in room did not work. There is no shampoo unless I pay 5 dollars for it. Very loud and noisy, plus people fighting right outside my room. Honestly I just feel very taken advantage of and unsafe. I will NOT be recommending this hotel to anyone, not even an enemy!

Newly remodeled rooms, very comfortable beds. Large flatscreen TV, but limited channels. Parking was tight small lot. No elevator to second floor. Overall good value for price, will definitely stay here again!!!

This was meant to be an airport hotel. It was advertised as such. But there is no airport shuttle that goes here, I had to organize a taxi. it should be reported as NOT convenient for airport at all.

Surprisingly spacious for a basic motel. Everything was clean and well presented. Could hear the aeroplanes as directly under a flight path and next to the airport, so to be expected.

There is no Continental Breakfast and they advertise that they do. That's a big deal Staff could care less when asked about it . Neighborhood is unsafe nightstaff looks like drugaddicts awful experience. Do not let the new remodel fool you. The place is still a piece of 💩. Never again. Hotels.com why did you recommend them? The atmosphere was just a little bit creepy. They looked as if they were in the middle of renovations. Some rooms were gutted and had their furniture on the grounds waiting for them to be loaded in a dumpster. Furniture was tagged up and trashed. It was the old furniture and was about to be replaced so I guess you can take that one as a positive action to make the place look good. At least they are trying!

Ok - not the best.
Remolded room but no tv available. They didn't tell us that when we checked in. When i went and complainedd they were not very apologetic. Then when I went to check out all of a sudden there is now a sign posted stating sorry our tvs are not working. Go figure.

Staff was great, parking was great. BUT, they advertise things they don't have, like airport shuttle, breakfast, golf, microwave, the TV had maybe three channels. This is not the staff's fault. I am not a computer wiz, but I can't believe it is that difficult to provide an accurate description of amenities. There appear to be "permanent residents". I actually feel bad for the staff, needing to answer for managements failures. It worked for my purpose, just disappointed, especially with the price increases. Pay more, get the same or less.

Property looked like it was closed and it should have been. I don't normally do reviews but this warranted the time. The TV only had 3 working channels. The plug in the bathtub wouldn't stay open so I had to shove a wash cloth under it. It took some searching to find an electrical outlet my charger wouldn't fall out of. Oh, and the hairdryer was missing the screen on the front so, basically, the heating element was hanging out. Good times. Thankfully, I was only staying one night. It was a last minute trip and I didn't pay enough attention when I booked. Do yourself a favor - pay an extra $20 and stay somewhere else.

Never Again
The motel was being remodeled. The room was very disappointing. No microwave (microwave was advertised.) No cable TV. Just a small TV with no channels. The room we had was rundown & not clean. The exterior was rundown as well. We were by the extremely noisy interstate. Won't stay here again!

Worst hotel stay ever
Worst stay ever, the motel is a former Motel Six going thru extenive renovations. You add says the rooms have full kichen...Not, only a small coffee pot. Your add includes breakfast bar...not only coffee. My room curtain had a huge tear, they covered with grey duct tape...on and on...horrible. would like my money back...going post a horrible Hotel.com post on facebook telly my friends to never book thru your service!

Loud but refurbished.
I read the reviews before staying here. Many complained about noise, they were not wrong. You hear the highway and airplanes all night. BUT, the hotel is undergoing a refurbshiment. We got a refurbed room with new beds, carpet, and furniture. The room was great. Knowing about the noise we brought earplugs and enjoyed our stay. It was PERFECT for the Louder Than Life venue, and we anticipate staying again next year.
