Our room was in the middle of a large group that had rooms all around us with lots if children who were not supervised well. The hotel can’t control other people’s children but they do control the location of our room. Staff was nonchalant about the situation. Coffee as out in the morning. Took awhile to refill and staff made sure to get their coffee ahead of guests

The room was nice and clean. My only critique: we had no remote for the TV. the one given to me had no back.. the batteries kept falling out… a little annoying. The other, it was sold as having a “soft bed”. The mattress on this was HORRENDOUS! maybe 5 inches thick. A person would be more comfortable just sleeping in the sofa rather than attempt to use that. Otherwise, everything was great and I’d stay there again!!!

Checked in at 8:30 PM. 3:15 AM someone tried to enter my room with the override key only to be stopped by the safety latch. I was told in the AM that I had not checked in properly though I had a key and they had scanned my credit card.

This was a great stay the front desk staff was awesome they were very helpful and their help kept me from having to find a store for tooth brush and shampoo even a razor! I was impressed at the way I was helped by the front desk! will recommend to anyone and stay again wlhen Im traveling to Louisville angain!!

Room was clean but amenities definitely need to be renovated. Shower didn’t work well, basically no hot water . Room was cold during night, the extra blanket was so thin basically didn’t help at all. Talked with the front desk about cold shower, they knew clearly the situation, apparently it happens all the time in rooms on first floor. In my opinion, they shouldn’t assign the room on the first floor to any guests before fixing that issue. They simply told us to let the shower water run a lit longer, it didn’t work at all. In general it was not a pleasant stay.
