First off the check in procedure is TERRIBLE with abode. I have never had to jump through so many hoops before hand to complete the process and there is no one on the property to assist you. The place is dirty and they had homeless people sleeping on the rooftop look out at night. I felt very unsafe at this property. The other people living there were noisy and "different". They had no TV except the free hulu which gets no local channels and maybe 2 things to watch besides world news so we couldn't watch anything but law and order for 4 days. A regular antenna would have been better! The dishes in the cabinet were filthy! I took a cup out and it had coffee in it. We soaked anything we used and washed it beforehand. Hair on the bathroom floor and the dust around and behind the bed was gross. The bed is basically on the floor so the dirt was right by you. Stains all over the sofa so bad that I wouldn't even sit on it. The building is temperature controlled which they don't tell you so the AC didn't even work. The room is hot and dirty and the building itself is sketchy. We would never stay there again.

The room was fine but the building itself was in disrepair. In the room, the AC was inactive (it was 80 degrees outside) and the blinds were broken.

Dirty!!! Nothing like the pictures…at all!!!! There were roaches in the room!! I asked to cancel immediately after checking in an noticing the lack of look like the photos or cleanliness. They would not let me cancel. This place is disgusting!!! I would never recommend it to anyone!!!

Good location but the property is not as nice as the photos. They use a third party company that requested a lot of information before letting you check in - photos of your ID, selfie of you with your ID, photos of your credit card. Then they charge your credit card a random amount and you have to call your bank to find out the exact amount they charged. The process took a while and we ended up sitting in the car about an hour trying to figure out how much they charged us. The amount of personal info they asked for was more info than I was comfortable providing and I don't think I would stay with a company like this again.
