bed bugs, sketchy longtetm tenant s

Avoid. bed bugs. Extended stay facility had lots of sketchy types loitering in parking lot. No front desk, had to use a phone to summon a friendly and helpful housekeeper. money refunded without issue when bugs found.

The hotel appears to be going through some renovations, that or they just gave it a face-lift. The outside looks nice, but the rooms are in much need of upgrading. Old spring bed and old kitchen area. There was no coffee maker in the room, but they do claim you can get one from the front desk if you ask.

The MOST basic of rooms

Poor customer service and the kitchen has NO, and I mean NO amenities. Room was good for the price, but we had to go out any buy basic stuff just to take advantage of the kitchenette. No had towels, no kleenex...it is clean and ok, just very, very bare bones. Don't expect a lot.

Beds are horrible, couldn't sleep

The bed looked nice n OK but it was extremely uncomfortable, I even switched rooms beds were the exact same.

affordable option for a Louisville visit

Visiting my brother who lives in Shively KY, the hotel seemed to be my best choice for both affordability and convenience (there was a National Farm Machinery Show which likely limited my options in Louisville itself). This extended-stay hotel turned out to be a good choice: the room was quiet, well-lighted, and suitably furnished.
