Locked out of our room bc the door lock went out. Front office said they would refund a night. Later refused to refund the night. We were locked out until 4:30 a.m. when they finally got someone to change the batteries in the lock. Manager said to call hotels.com for refund. We called and they refused hotels.com a refund. When I call the front office they keep hanging up and will not address the issue. The overall stay was okay. Keep your children close to you in your decide to use this location.
