Great price. Close to airport.

Beds were not very comfortable. Other than that, all was fine. I have not received a copy of my receipt yet, which I have requested twice.

Park Bench

This hotel is in a terrible area. The room was dirty there was someone's hair in the bed on the pillows in the sink. The pillows actually stunk like thousands of people's drool. The mattress was about as comfortable as a park bench. No was was I touching the alarm clock...it was caked in filth. I could hear everything in the room next to me. We also had to deal with some sort of high school sports team that was staying...they decided to not go to bed till very late. Check in process was very slow...1 person at the desk during what I would consider peak check in. Took half an hour to check in. I've stayed at better MOTELS. I would not call this place a hotel. Also it is very outdated.

There was no parking each night a lot of people roaming around and having a party in the front people roaming the hallways kind of looked like drug activity was going on the first night. The staff was great I don't have any complaints with the way we were treated by the staff it was just the population of the type of people that were in the hotel.

Close to airport, easy access to expressway. Great atmosphere and clean and comfortable rooms.

wonderful hotel

Pros: friendly, social, clean, close to airport and very pet friendly.
Cons: no changes needed
Location: I fly out of Louisville for periodic trips and I find this to be convenient to the airport as well as many restaurants.
excellent hotel which is close to the airport. I was traveling with an 8 week old Shih Tzu puppy which everyone adored and fussed over. our room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was good with many items to choose from. the front desk as well as all employees, were polite and helpful. they interacted with all travelers making the experience of their stay a welcome one.

Clean, friendly and close to the airport. The shuttle to the airport starts at 5.30. I had to be at the airport at 5.00. No problem: a staff member took me to the airport. That is how friendly these people were to me.

Hotel was very nice and staff was friendly. We only made a quick stop so can't say much about the area. It is close to the airport though but we didn't hear the planes once inside

Very clean!

Good stay overall, very convenient location. Only negative were guests in next room were very noisy, we reported to front desk and situation was resolved and things were much more quiet. Good breakfast for a continental offering. Hotel very clean.
