It's an affordable and clean hotel if you want a quick overnight stay in Lourdes. Nothing flashy just a clean and affordable hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Mediterranee hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Mona and David who were particularly helpful. The food was also very nice, there was a great selection of foods at the buffet breakfast. The only negative aspect is that the bathroom should have a railing installed for people with disabilities and also to prevent accidents etc. The hotel should revert to using delph cups in the bedrooms instead of paper cups for environmental reasons. Apart from this, I would recommend staying at this hotel and I would stay here again.

Super-friendly Hotel - well located
We stayed here as a base for a cycling trip in the Pyrenees. It's ideally suited for both cycling as well as the sanctuary & other attractions. The hotel was clean & the staff were incredibly friendly, efficient & helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. I would like to particularly call out Serge & the Irish lady on reception for their excellent customer service at all times.

Hotel 4 étoiles qui en vaut 2… le lobby est tres moderne mais lorsqu’on entre dans la chambre c’est la déception. Vieil aménagement , une seule prise dans la chambre , décoration tres froide (pas de déco) , murs crépi blanc , et salle de bain datant d’avant guerre . Cependant accueil très chaleureux

The receptionist was very friendly but as for the room we expected better for a 4 star hotel. The room and bathroom was very basic. The location was nice and we had free onsite parking.

Not 4*, more like 3*, as room facilities were comfortable but basic with no added extras at all. Hotel definitely caters to pilgrimage guests so individual guests like us felt second class, especially at breakfast. Breakfast breads and pastries were very good; other items were basic and service was a lottery with staff seeming overworked. On the plus side, the hotel location was handy for the town and there was a large free car park 200m away.

The hotel is very nice and beautiful. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. We loved the hotel, location, cleanliness and breakfast. Also, we loved the town of Lourdes. We had enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was ok but felt very much like a hospital and the restaurant looked like a nursing home dining room. We didn’t realize that most of the guests in Lourdes are Ill and that the whole town caters for them. Nearly all the shops sell religious tourist souvenirs and all but one restaurant was catering to the same market. We found the town quite depressing

Unexpected welcome
When we arrived, at night, the Hotel was all dark, like closed, next to the Hotel was Hotel De Alba, they received me and explained to me they tried to call me to inform they upgrade me to another Hotel, better ranked and better located. And indeed, Hotel Eliseo was a surprise for my party. So far I will trust in this chain of Hotels again, decent and trustful.

Check in was good and staff very nice but room was very warm and Ac was not working properly but later they rectified the issue. Wifi service is extremely poor in rooms but overall the hotel in a nice location near the river and close walk to sanctuary . This hotel is ok for one night where u spend most of the time outside but definetly not four star

Modern hotel very nice inside the lobby.
Basic rooms. No kettle or iron. No room service. But very clean, great staff and brilliant atmosphere. Nice car park and resturant. I Just wish it had 24 hour roomservice.

Nice hotel within easy reach of everything.
Hotel was just what we required, clean and well located. All the staff were friendly and professional and most spoke more than one language, esential in a place like Lourdes. Only one thing marred our stay and that was the air conditioning didn't work and if you opened the patio windows there was the continual noise from the vent plant - catch 22. We complained a number of times but the air con couldn't be fixed, at least during our stay. We would still recommend this hotel though as the good points far outwayed the bad - just request a room away from the plant so that the windows can be opened if required. Finally, parking is advertised and there is parking available but is very limited. Fortunately for us this was not a problem but it is something to beware of when you stay at this hotel.

Convenient location
The accomidations were sutiable for a trip to the Lourdes sanctuary. Reasonably priced, moderately comforatble rooms. The service is friendly and helpful. The Sanctuary is about a half mile walk.

Good location, clean, modern & friendly hotel
Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We ate out most nights to experience more of the area but breakfast is worth having at hotel. But breakfast table doesn't get replenished too quickly after. 8.30am so if you are peckish make sure you get there earlier. Reception staff particularly friendly & helpful. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Très déçue… Dans un premier temps, aucune prise proche des têtes de lit…donc prévoyez une multiprise :) Ensuite, c’est un peu un 4 étoiles à l’ancienne… tout est assez ancien. De plus, et selon S**** du service restaurant, « il est logique » que nous devions réserver le restaurant à chaque repas. Je suggère alors à S**** de faire un tour dans les autres hôtels de grandes villes ;) Deuxièmement, nous sommes arrivés plutôt tard à l’hôtel (vers 00h30-1h), et l’homme à la réception ne nous avait absolument pas parlé de réservation avant de venir au restaurant. Suite à quoi, S****, employé chargé du service du restaurant j’ose deviner, nous a bien fait comprendre, de façon pas très agréable, que nous n’étions pas en règle sans réservation et je dirais même qu’il a remis notre parole en doute… pas très professionnel pour un 4 étoiles ! Dernière chose, nous devions partir tôt (vers 6h) et avions donc anticipé de payer tout restant dû la veille au soir. Ce à quoi le réceptionniste nous a répondu qu’il était impossible de nous encaisser ce soir-là et que nous devions « repousser notre départ ». Heureusement, il a fini par trouver une solution. En bref, l’hôtel est malgré tout bien situé et je ne peux mentionner le réceptionniste qui nous a bien reçu le soir de notre arrivée mais si vous avez l’habitude des vrais 4-5 étoiles de grandes villes, fuyez !
