Nice staff tired hotel

Pros: The staff
Cons: Refurbish..if not spend on WiFi equipment.
Location: Good business location
Good location with an excellent staff. The hotel I is dated and tired however. The food is average and the breakfast, which in Brazil is key, was just barely average. The WiFi which in today's business travel is essential was terrible even after it was supposedly "reset".

Overall, it was a good stay. Hotel is in a good location. Free wifi... Room is a bit small, and the a/c too loud.

Great Hotel Choice in BH

I keep going back to this hotel in Belo Horizonte as it is consistently good. The wifi is good as is the breakfast. But they lack even the most basic bathroom amenities such as moisterizer.

As an American I was surprised how many people working in the hotel staff spoke English and were nice and helpfull.

Good stay

The only problem was that the iron and the ironing board I had to request it every day and not in room and the iron was old.
