This is an older hotel and a bit dated. The breakfast buffet was minimal. It was in a great location near shops, restaurants, and the Lourdes sanctuary. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only one outlet in the room and one in bathroom, so charging devices was a challenge. The only soap was that horrible Gojo stuff so bring your shampoo.

I love this hotel. It is clean and only 5 minutes walk to the Massabielle Grotto. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Wojciech he provided excellent customer service. When I come back to Lourdes I will stay here again.

I had a nice room with window right across the Church. clean, bath room was good. Peaceful. Front desks staffs were excellent. they helped me a lot when I needed. but it did come with Refrigerator or safety box. Hope they will install.

The staff was super nice & helpful. Its really close to the basillica & grotto. Lots of eateries & loads of shopping right outside hotel . We enjoyed our stay. Lourdes is magical. When we return we will be staying here again.

The hotel was full up, therefore they gave a place to stay in hotel panorama near by a 4*hotel,it was a very good hotel and the breakfast was supper i have enjoyed very well

The restaurant was only open for breakfast because this is the low season. The location is great to visit the Sanctuary. Its only 5 minutes away. Its very secure. I loved it

No Wifi, carpets were stinking, rooms very tiny, no hot water in bathroom, no drinking water available (was advised to drink bathroom water by hotel staff), would not advise my enemy to stay there.

The room was bad smell, we were in the first floor, and when we had shower the whole bathroom got wet because they don't have showers cubic by the way the hotel was closed until we arrived we didn't konw we stayed in the hotel called

Nice one night stay in Lourdes
We had a one night stay and I think we may have been upgraded to a better part of the hotel due to covid. Overall I would say the staff were great, the location in Lourdes is excellent, right in the middle of things. The room was clean, comfortable, modern, and bright. A nice experience in a very strange city.

I am happy with our stay at this hotel. The staff is accommodating and very closes to Grotto and restaurants. I will stay herd again in no doubt. Highly recommended.

Great, central location. Older hotel but very clean and staff are great. There’s not many dining options during the fall/winter seasons so be prepared for a 15 minute walk to the supermarket; nevertheless, would still stay here and close to the Sanctuary than in the town.
