Very good location close to the Basiliqua. Clean and well organized bedroom. Good staff. The breakfast area is shared between two hotels, so you have to be specific when you ask to be seated for breakfast or dinner.

Very close to the grotto and the chapels. Room is spacious and clean. Hotel itself is much bigger than you’d imagine from the pics. The lobby area/restaurants almost reminds me of Las Vegas or Disney Resorts. Lively or chaotic, depends on who you ask. Amenities are minimum but for the price, reasonable.

Excellent staff… my daughter and I came here for first time, room enough for us, good breaxfast, good staff, Charles amazing and very helful to all our inquiries… hotel just a few steps of Grotto, incredible place very walkable ready to be back again.. were going to stay 3 night extended one more!

Excellent location, walking distance (3 minutes) to the sanctuary of Lady of Lourdes. Restaurants and souvenirs shops are next to the hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff, speak English and Spanish. Safe area.

The breakfast needs to be improved. Choices are limited. The male person in the dining area needs to be trained in customer relationship or he needs to be transfered inside without contact with the customer. Rooms needs to be updated.

Buffet breakfast was ok. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant were expensive and not good. Service at the bar and brasserie were bad. Given a basic room compared to what our companions were assigned and had trouble sleeping due to outside noise despite closed windows. Only redeeming quality was close location to the grotto.

This hotel was excellent for our family of 4. The rooms are small but that should be expected for the old buildings they are in, but our family still fit just fine. We spent most of our time sightseeing and not in the room.

I liked the location of the hotel because it is literally 5mins away from Lourdes Basilica…the hotel room is slightly narrow but very neat and clean, the shower room/bath tub is separate from the toilet, I like the fact that there is a bidet. The staffs are also very helpful and got us a cab to transport to airport

Room size was very good with loft, but the smell initially was horrible, once the window was open it was tolerable, but still there. Was too tired to ask for a room change. Front desk was helpful, but think they need to have more knowledge of how to get to the hotel and parking by knowing reference points, since so many narrow one way streets and the gps was glitching.Though breakfast was pretty bad, the morning waiter had a very pleasant personality. Unfortunately I probably would not stay again.

3 minutes walk to the Sanctuary. Old but clean, no issues with hot water, and ALL staff were accommodating, helpful and speaks English. Room small, 2 people can barely walk around the room at the same time without bumping into each other. Breakfast good! Had bacon, scrambled eggs and rice, several kinds of bread and pastries, and cereals. The vegetable next to the rice looks unappetizing though! They should consider changing it. Slices of Ham and cheese. For dinner, the restaurant in the hotel is not worth recommending, go somewhere else. I like the gift shop, and an added bonus, you get 10% discount as a hotel guest. The trip from the train station to the hotel took less than 10 minutes and taxi charged 10 Euros. Plus tip, of course. We had the same taxi driver that took us to the hotel and return to the train station 3 days later! What are the odds! Our stay in this hotel went without any major issues, we would come back again. Maybe just an oversight but they never refilled our pocket of shampoo, tiny soap, coffee and sugar packets. They cleaned our room everyday. We always had to go to the front desk to ask for some. And BTW, please fix the curtain in room 407, it is an eyesore!
