Spacious apartments conveniently located just on the edge of the chaos that is Lourdes. There is a large free parking lot across the street. Arriving on a Sunday, we had to do self check in which was well organized. My only complaint is that the room desperately needed a deep clean. The floors, bed, bathroom etc were clean and I had no concerns about sleeping here, but the baseboards and walls were coated in a layer of dust and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. There was a full kitchen and nice-sized table in the suite. We thought "2 bedrooms" meant 2 separate BRs, but actually, it's 1 bedroom with a queen bed and twin bed, and the living area has a queen pull-out sofa and a twin cot. This seems to be typical of France, or maybe it was just bc we were there in the off-season, but the front desk is closed for several hours in the middle of the day and in the evening, so you had to have a special code to get into the building.

The room floor was not clean. PMR lift was out of order during my stay. The hotel is not family friendly: it's not great to carry a twin stroller with two kids a few times per a day without any working lift. I've raised this with the hotel manager. His conversation was very unprofessional and disrespectful.

It is unfortunate to see that sometimes customers look for the slightest possible problem in a residence in order to request a refund. It is all the more regrettable to be called unprofessional and disrespectful when refusing a request for reimbursement that has no relevance.As a reminder, this lift works perfectly and the instructions are posted on the door of this lift, as said by email, the lift works differently than a conventional lift in view of the safety rules governing disabled lifters.Hoping this time to have answered your complaints.Kinds regards,Maverick - Manager

Good location and nice receptionist. Apartment has mostly you need. Bathroom was a bit smelly so we did clean it again. The advert mentioned that a washing machine was included but it was missing.

I stayed with my partner for a weekend away. When arriving at the hotel the staff were wonderful, super friendly and accomodating. We were very happy with the room and the location was perfect. It's a short walk (3-5min) to the centre of the little town which means that it's great for quiet tranquility. Honestly have nothing bad to say but by far the staff stood out the most. Thank you for a great weekend!

10D Family trip in South of France
Stayed this Appart'hotel for 3N during the Holy Week for a family of 4. You can cook your own food - from breaky to dinner, if you would like it. We knew that language is a barrier specially during check-ins however Maverick (not so sure) from the reception has good English as he's the one on-duty both our check-in and out, April 15-18 inclusive, he helped us with our queries on taxis and bus to train station during check-out. Also, am giving few tips to the below: 1. Around 10-12 mins walk to the Sanctuary. 2. An Irish Pub nearly, just 2 mins walk 3. Big parking spaces just across the building 4. Around 20-25 mins walk to train station. 5. A min walk to bus stop going to train station 6. Two mins walk to bus stop going to airport 7. Cooking pans and utensils provided 8. Kettle and a small freezer provided 8. Towels, toilet rolls and shower gel provided Hope the above could help travellers looking for a place to stay. Kind regards...Carl

Fantastic stay

The parking was free, the Sanctuaires Notre-Dame de Lourdes is just a walking distance, its near everything shops and restaurant. Very disaapointed coz when we arrived I showed our confirmation booking but i was told our booking was cancelled. The girl took my credit card details and said she has to confirm the following day to expedia about our booking. She gave us the room to stay and we contacted expedia and the agent tried many times to call them but to no avail. On the third day when we checked out, i was told again that I have to pay for the two nights but I insisted for her to check their system about my payment and showed her the confirmation of my booking and the payment that I made to expedia in advance. It's also very hard to communicate because we coul'nt hardly understand each other because the girl in the reception could'nt hardly speak english, good thing one of the guest who was about to checked in at that time was very good to translate everything.

Difficult to find the apartment residence (45 mms and got lost with GPS) , it is closed during 12 and 3 pm(??) . I got there at 12:15 pm wet from heavy rain and was so bummed when i realized I will have to walk the city’s for close to 3 hours before I could check in . Left the hotel residence at 8:20 pm for dîner and forgot My cell phone , Tried to get back into the hotel and hotel doors did not open . I had to call the emergency number to get a code to enter in a side wall box to get doors to open Has no idea and was not told ! That was stressful . And lately, there is no staff at nite . The plus is there is a public parking across the hotel free.
