In the center , easy access to everything

Location is perfect just in front of the louvre museum. we got a beautiful view of the louvre , love it! But it's under construction so the nice front entrance is closed, we were not bothered by the noises of construction, just sometimes had the noises from the roads! As the hotel building was built since many centuries, the doors made a lot of noises when closed!! The services were very good and staff were helpful. Overall is good, we like it!!

Pros: great location
Cons: Overpriced for the tiny cramped room
Location: very central location, easy to get to everything.
The first room we had was noisy from neighboring room. They moved us to a quieter room, which helped enormously.

Very difficult to deal with.

The management of this hotel-- "Miss Alice" as she is known never responds to calls/inquiries. We had a terrible experience trying to change one day on our itinerary due to airline schedule changes. We ended up paying for three nights instead of two. Expedia told us she was the only one who could assist in amending the reservation. She refused to return calls and when we arrived at the hotel we were told she was "on holiday." I will never use Expedia or stay at another Hilton branded hotel.

Very comfortable. This hotel is very close to all the attractions erea . You do not need taxi .

Remodel, less than luxe.

Pros: Location
Location: The Louvre is across the street.
The staff is great, the location is perfect. This is my fourth visit. The remodel has changed the entrance to the busy, Rivoli side. The quaint bar is gone. One day, after the remodel is complete, I may revisit.
