Easy check in and very nice people! Room clean and great location for visiting family in the area! No complaints at all!

Close to hospital.

Check in at diner. No basic toiletries except soap and shampoo. It’s the only hotel near low moor so I guess it’s ok.

Nasty Reception - Buyer Beware

I booked this hotel on Expedia. We tried to check in and were told the person who handled that would be right back. Check in is in the diner, so we ate dinner, and waited. The person who was to check us in finally returned and was horrible. She said they did not have a room and that they did not do business with Expedia. I showed her the confirmation number on my i phone, She finally gave me a phone number to call Expedia. It was at 12:00 midnight, and no one ever answered. I asked what we were supposed to do since the charge was already on my credit card. After much argument she finally agreed to write a short note that they did not accomodate us, I left. VERY NASTY EXPERIENCE They actually did have three rooms, which they were holding for CSX railroad.

The Hotel is everything you'd expect from a roadside hotel with a price tag. Everything is clean, well organised and comfortable. No remarks

Stay someplace else

We stayed in 7 hotels during our 9 day road trip (all similar price/rating), but this was the worst. Not clean. Smelled musty. And had an insect problem.

The only problems that we had was a door that didn't want to close, a mold odor and a centipede that no longer exists. The room was really comfortable on the other hand and the bathroom was very nice.
