Stayed here several years ago and it was very nice. This time it looked somewhat run down and the heater in my room was extremely loud squeaking and rattling. I said something to the guy at the desk and he immediately said I’d need to tell the manager in the morning and there was nothing he could do. I had to leave at 5 in the morning so I told him I needed a new room to which he told me they were fully booked. After telling him I needed to file a complaint and was going to find another hotel he conveniently found me another room with a decent heater in it. No apology for the inconvenience or anything.

The property's location wasn't great as far as being near acceptable dining options. The staff and room were great, though. I would stay there again and just plan on having to travel a bit to get to things to do.

I'd say this property was what you'd expect for a hotel in this price range. It was outdated and had a smell but it was clean and safe. The air conditioner worked well and I liked that it stayed on so the noise was consistent and served as white noise. The bed was softer than I prefer but that is just a preference issue. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We didn't eat the free breakfast but it looked pretty standard. They had the waffle maker, some cereals, yogurt, fruit. Everything went smoothly and I have no complaints outside of it being an older hotel. We were just there to crash for the night.

The property has old worn carpet and furniture. As an example,it predates usb ports in the room. There were none. No place to charge your phone. Also, our room smelled like urine. Carpet needs to be replaced.

This was definitely not a 8.6 out 10 hotel. I'd say more like a 5 out 10. The pictures make it look as if it is newer or updated. It has not been updated. The bathtubs had cracks. The bedding wasn't clean...they just add new bedding on top of sheets that were already there. The fitted sheets also wouldn't stay on the bed b/c they had layered so much. The bathroom door wood on the bottom was falling off. If I had booked think it was a 5 out 10 hotel, I wouldn't be disappointed but it is NOT an 8.6. The staff was curtesy and nice and the surrounding area around the hotel is nice but the hotel itself needs lots of updating. The air freshener used to mask odors will knock you down when you walk in the front door.

Very nice
This was by far the nicest super 8 we've ever stayed at. The hotel was recently updated with very small signs of its age. The area around it is going through a development stage with new restraunts nearby.
