The entire week that was carried through with every staff member we encountered. Our room was very clean and daily housekeeping kept it sparkling all week. “This hotel is in an excellent location and our room was large and comfortable. The supermarket on the ground floor had everything you could want but the coffee shop wasn't well stocked. Parking was easy and the security guards were helpful. That said, we were there for 6 days and our room was never cleaned, despite asking twice to have it cleaned. What was once nice furniture is not being kept up, two of our lights were not plugged in and had nowhere to be plugged in. There was no explanation……
