“The new washing machines are difficult to use, ended up doing our wash, but couldn’t do our drying had to dry all our clothes in the room very inconvenient. sometimes progress with computers isn’t really progress, bring back the machines with the quarters.!!!”

“I was very disappointed with our stay. The room looked like it had been left exactly as it was in the 1980s. The furniture, TVs, and overall condition were very outdated. There were no electrical outlets in the bedroom, which made it difficult to charge our phones or use any devices. The floor felt unstable and actually moved when we walked on it. The carpet was old, stained, and looked dirty. Another major issue was that the air conditioner was only in the living room, leaving the bedroom……

“I loved the room. Very up to date and very spacious! I love the balcony overlooking the water. We had a great time! Staff was very helpful. Our doggies loved their stay as well. Will be staying here again”

“The parking is good. There is a nice pool and restaurant. You will have breakfast with a lot of sea birds nearby and other animals waiting for you here and there. The facilities in the room are really aged and don’t work efficiently, including the toilet, sink, closet, telephone, doors. ”

“Room and grounds were BEAUTIFUL but unfortunately they shower had only cold water. We were only staying for a night, so couldn't wait for maintenance to fix the issue.”

“Was very disappointed! Photos on web site were very misleading. Was not told housekeeping was by request! On third day we requested housekeeping/water/towels and we're assured housekeeping would do our room at 10:00am, returned at 3:00pm and room had not been touched! Went to front desk and was told they did not have a request for housekeeping! The 20 foot wide "beach" between two concrete side walls was mostly seaweed and filthy! The sunsets however were beautiful ! Would not recommend.”
