I want to give this condo a 5 star rating because the location and property manager were great. But I can't because we had a number of issues.
First, cleanliness - the apartment must have had some repairs recently because there are marks on walls & floors that may be drywall compound or grout. The light switches and the walls around them need a good scrub (we tried and did our best) and the floors needed to be swept (found hair balls under the coffee table and the closet area). For the price we paid, things should have sparkled.
Kitchen supplies - 4 wine glasses (not really enough given the size of the condo) and 6 champagne glasses (not really necessary) - no plastic glasses (for enjoying drinks on the balcony) and no storage containers. There were some Ziploc bags (and we brought some) that we used to take snacks to the beach but the condo really needs some more basic supplies.
Television - there were 3 and only 1 worked and the instructions were completely out of date - there was no actual TV service, basically we could access the internet and since we did not have our Netflix account info, we were out of luck. They did bring 2 new TV's a few days before we left, and we are not TV watchers but if we were or if we had kids with us, we would have been very disappointed.
Hot water - main bathroom hot water was just a trickle - and to get hot water in shower you set it at 4 o'clock ... not what you would intuitively do
Light - dead light bulbs in bedside lamps in main bedroom - we took from spare room ... and incredibly dusty lamps in both rooms (surprisingly the ceiling fans did not look dusty)
Internet - hit & miss and days when much more miss than hit
Safe - did not work - they tried to replace batteries but system was corroded - luckily building has 24 hour security so we never felt that we were at risk
The good - The location is great - easy walk to a few restaurants & 2 small grocery stores and Mullet Beach - lovely view from balcony & from front hall. Property managers were very responsive and tried to do what they could to resolve our issues. The security guards were welcoming and helped us arrange a taxi one day.
We had a great holiday but given the price we paid, I am disappointed by the overall presentation of the condo.
