"We were happy to stay at the hotel for our weekend visit. There was an issue with our room AC leaking badly on checkin but the front desk / maintenance staff responded quickly relocating us to another room. The room felt new and was confortable. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated with a slightly strange mix of local and traditional items. The roof top pool and loungers looked nice and there were other facilities like a game room and lounge that we did not use. We were also offered complemintary transport to Crown Point and Pigeon Point Beaches. The staff was very helpful at all times and even arranged packaged breakfast on the last morning as we were leaving before the scheduled start of breakfast service. If you are driving, the road setup is a bit confusing in front of the hotel. The entrance is easy enough to locate but upon existing you can only really head towards Scarborough which can be very congested at times....there are however a few small streets and businesses that you do a quick turn around to head to the highway. Good american style hotel for a Tobago stay."

"We stayed at Coco Reef in Aug 2026 for 5 days. The hotel has a very nice Caribbean vibe. The property is clean but could use some updating. The staff was amazing and always available when needed. They were able to arrange transportation and provide recommendations for tours. Elizabeth at the front desk was awesome! The breakfast buffet was good but recommend not waiting until 9:30 to go as they close at 10 and many items had run out. I spoke with the front desk so they could correct the situation. Our room 149 had great view of the grounds, beach, and bay."

"This villa was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The home is beautifully modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It was exceptionally well supplied, clean, and felt like a true home away from home.The owners were wonderful—friendly, accommodating, and incredibly responsive whenever we had a question or needed anything. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.We truly loved our time in Tobago and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Tobago and would happily stay here again! "

Magdalena Grand Beach & Golf Resort

"Overall, we had a good experience at the Magdalena Grand. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The service we received from the team was appreciated, especially when dealing with an unexpected issue. On our first night, there was a plumbing problem and we were unable to use the water for showering. The issue was resolved later that night, and the staff made an effort to provide alternative arrangements so we could manage while it was being fixed. Their willingness to assist helped make the situation less frustrating. The breakfast was decent and similar to what you would expect at many hotels. The selection was somewhat limited and it was not particularly spectacular, but it was also not disappointing. Overall, the Magdalena Grand provided a pleasant stay. While there were a few areas that could be improved, the cleanliness, friendly staff, and good customer service contributed to an enjoyable experience"
