Room was very nice and had a fresh smell. The only thing I didn't like was on the second night their were people staying in the connecting room as room had door to it and I could hear them. Maybe needed a better insulated door to cover up noises

The area is close to interstate & not far from restaurants! The breakfast is quite good & the staff very friendly! Not a holiday inn express but it’s what we like for the price! Not a bad place at all!

Overall very clean and nice people. But the breakfast is not what you would want for the price you pay for the rooms. Biscuits were rock hard and the waffle maker was watering down the mix making the waffle not fluffy and disgusting.

Garbage hotel and even worse staff
I got my card charged a extra $100 for "smoking" in my room even though im a non smoker. Then i ended up checking google reviews and there were a few people saying the same type of thing. So that is on me for not seeing those reviews. The hotel is pretty randown and they obviously didnt have many guests which is strange because texas tech had a home game this weekend. Guess now i know why....they are crooks and running a gake on people because they are probably drowning in debt from mismanaging this property. But hey i digress. Stay at your own risk

Our room was next to the inn keepers. Door slamming a lot, alarms going off from 4 am to 7 am and a baby crying in the evening a lot. Do not book the room next door as we could hear way too much and our sleep was interrupted numerous times in the 3 nights we stayed.

What a really tired dumpy hotel. Everything worn out. Pool drained mold in shower lots of stain in hallway carpet ac noisy. TV in first room didn’t work. Advertised as pet friendly but have undisclosed $25 pet fee at check-in.
