It was a very nice property, loved the beds and the bedding. Also a very nice pool. However, they charged us twice for the room, once on my credit card and once on my brothers credit card. Hopefully they have refunded it by now but I'm not sure.

Large, spacious rooms and beds are fairly comfortable so it was good enough to crash for the night. The room was clean except for a couple hairs in the shower. The pillows were terrible. The linens are scratchy and feel starched. All the pillows are also down or down alternative so squished flat when you put your head on them. Breakfast was disgusting which was truly surprising and disappointing. The eggs were rubbery and an odd consistency, the gravy was cold and runny and the biscuits were stale. They were out of sausage when we came down as well as every type of juice. Even the coffee was terrible. Usually I can power through sub-par food, knowing it’s complimentary, but I took one bite and had to throw it away and get breakfast elsewhere. Stick with the waffles or pre-packaged cereal and you’ll probably be fine.

Seems like a fairly new hotel. Everything was clean and in working order except the pool which was not an issue for me. The breakfast was the usual Hampton fare which is better than most.

Everything was very pleasant except the front desk attendant named Omar. I had two reservations and he told me that I could stay in the same room for both but then today he told me that we had to move rooms bc he rented it to someone else.

Scheduled check in through the app was for 3pm but when we arrived the room wasnt ready. It was corrected within 20 minutes. Besides that small kiccup, the stay was excellent. I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were very friendly. Overall 9.5 stay.
