Disappointed. Room was dark, no mirrors outside bathroom, one blind was broken. Air conditioner on floor above was dripping outside our room creating an annoying "tap...tap...tap" all night. Microwave is as missing the glass turntable. Bed was uncomfortable. Pullout couch had an empty beer can inside. Not good.

We will address each of these items immediately.
