Booked for UT v. Tech weekend. My expectations were not high to start but I figured it would be ok for 1 weekend. When I showed up the front desk staff told me I didn't have a reservation. I showed my Expedia confirmation and after 15 minutes they found it. Went up to the room, key didn't work. Went back down to desk, got another key card. Didn't work. The hotel staff had to come remove the door handle to let us in the room. Room was gross - weird smell, stained carpet, hastily made bed, bugs in sink. Spent 1 uncomfortable night. Next day our key card still didn't work. Even though we had booked with a non refundable 2 night minimum, we didn't stay the second night. Checked out and lost the money for the 2nd night.
