I had the chance to read your comments on your recent stay with us. I want to apologize for the witness of critters in our breakfast area. We have immediately contacted our professional pest control providers, hopefully this will not be an issue again. I also read that our staff was very helpful that is defiantly good to hear. We hope you will consider us again on you next visit to our city.

Can't complain for the price.

Check in was quick and painless which goes a long way with me. Staff was polite. Hotel was fairly empty. The room was just an average old room. Nothing special. Clean but little definciancies here and there. Light bulb missing, finicky tv remote, etc.

One of few motels on north end of Lubbock.

Pros: Location
Cons: Do maintenance. Bathroom sink drain leaked onto floor. Outside walkways uneven due to weathering.
Location: Located on north side of Lubbock. Easy to go north or northwest. Restaurant, Walgreens, and WalMart within walking distance.
Chose this because of location. Easy to go on to NM from here. Place is quite old and has not had much upgrading. Desk people pleasant. Occupancy quite low.

All of the exterior of the hotel looks somewhat dated, the rules were certainly clean and up-to-date the beds are comfortable and overall it was a positive experience.

It was small and we got full size beds and no fridge so it was a tad uncomfortable

I have read your comments on you recent stay with us. I'm sorry that reservations center did not inform you that we have rooms with the microwave, frig combo for a little higher rate, and rooms with out. Our rooms with two beds are full size I hate that this made your stay uncomfortable.
