It was a quick trip so everything was pleasant and ok. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

All good. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was fresh and adequate. The hard boiled eggs were some of the beast I have found at motel and hotel breakfasts.

Nice space, great rates. Other than the tv being loud and unable to turn down the room was otherwise great.

Exceptional hotel staff. I got very noisy neighbors, and was offered another room with no issues. Rooms are clean, breakfast is OK.

I love La Quinta

Perfect as always, clean nice room, comfy bed and pillows, the only place I stay when I’m not at home. Only bad thing was our ac didn’t work and we were hot all night. Thanks for a great trip!

Comfortable pet-friendly hotel

Simple and clean accommodation near Texas Tech. Friendly staff, large rooms, external corridors. Pet friendly. Large Walmart right across the street.

Quiet, Comfortable Beds, Good Breakfast

Pros: Quiet at night, beds comfortable and slept decent, breakfast in am was good
Cons: Well, most budget hotel chains these days are pretty neglected and in need of remodel and paint and such - this one is no different
Location: Texas Tech just minutes away, lots of places to eat and recreate -
Checked in about 8 pm - pretty quiet location considering (thought it would be noisier) - hotel staff checked us in fast - Rooms are typical cheap (could use remodel) but beds were comfortable and I slept decent (the family all slept fine too) - water pressure in shower could be better, shower went cold all of sudden mid shower but got hot again soon after Breakfast was typical and decent - lots to choose from - had waffle and bowl of oatmeal which they had several choices (love oatmeal!) Close to Tech, lots of places to eat within minutes - overall C+ maybe B- decent for cheap price.

it was awful

The room was filthy. The carpet was gross. Not sure when it was updated last. Anytime you are scared to walk on carpet even with socks on, you know it isn’t good. This is not the typical La Quinta hotel everyone is used to. We even asked for an extra blanket and we were told there weren’t any. Awful. Just awful.
