Budget hotel in good location

It is a budget hotel in good location with proximity to nice eating places. Good for overnight stay as stopover in limited budget.

Not very clean

Very uncomfortable, you could feel springs on bed. Rooms very very small. Very noisy refrigerator.

Nice, close to civic center

Pros: All seemed well
Cons: All I could of used more was a frig and microwave.
Location: Close to comic center
I was in Lubbock for business, the Motel was .3 of mile from Civic Center, great location.

Last minute booking due to weather

This hotel is a smoking allowed hotel. When I booked online, there was no mention of this, & frankly, I did not check for it. Every hotel that I have stayed at for the past 3 years while traveling Mon-Fri has been non-smoking. Alas, not the case here. The smell of smoke was in the carpet, drapes & even the HVAC unit in the room. Not a pleasant stay or rest. I will not book here again- North Lubbock LaQuinta was much nicer & non smoking.

Horrible

Pros: This hotel was horrible. Was not worth the $240 a night it cost. It wasn't worth $40 a night.
Cons: I didn't like anything about this hotel. I paid $240 for one night and the couldn't even come up with an extra blanket for the room. This is a $49 dollar hotel.
Location: Location was great for the civic center.

The dates you stayed with us was on the weekend of our University football game in Lubbock, due to the over abundance of people that arrive in Lubbock on these dates it becomes a city wide issue of hotels selling out. I know this can be frustrating to our guest and I do apologize for the inconvenience. I do again thank you for leaving your comments.

Great stay

Pros: Quick check in, and comfortable beds. I would stay their again.
Cons: We had a room in the back. Construction was going on and it smelled like a sewer.
Location: convenient to Wedding Venue, and restaurant

Pros: Close to the stadium. Room was clean, although very small.
Cons: Very small. Not much room to move around. No fridge. TV remote didn't work.
Location: Close to stadium.
The room was very small. Bed had a sinking spot in the middle. Very difficult to enter and exit the bathroom because it was so small.

Horrible!!!

Cons: HORRIBLE CONDITION
This hotel is so run down, and of course the weekend we needed a room was the tech and Texas game, so the room was over $200 a night, this hotel is about a $49 a night hotel, from the condition of the hotel it self, to the condition of the room, very old and run down. I asked for 2 extra blankets for the 2 beds in the room and was told they would have to check the dryer to see if they had any extra, and of course they didn't. My point is when you pay that kind of price for a room at least they should have extra blankets, they front desk was not very accommodating either. So let me give this hotel a -10, no body in the world wants to pay for a nights rest in this condition. SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO RENT A HOTEL CLOSE TO THE CIVIC CENTER DO NOT RENT THIS ONE.!!!!!!
