Great location and friendly staff

Great value. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Hotel is quite suits are clean and the fridge and microwave made the stat very convenient and saved money

Beds are tempupedic like and are VERY hot. Room does not get cold enough. There's was no toilet paper in our room when we arrived. The hallways smell like mildew. This is the second time we stayed here. The first time they had a fire alarm issue early in the morning and didn't know how to turn them off. They also charged my card three times for a one night stay. I am being refunded, however it will take up to a week to get almost 300$ back.

The staff were very helpful to our family. We needed extra help because of little children. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly.

Visit to Lubbock

Pros: Comfortable room
Cons: Larger breakfast selection
Check in was easy and staff very friendly. Room was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast selection was good. One of the nicer stays in Lubbock.

Great hotel with wonderful amenities

Pros: A great indoor pool and hot tub area, wonderful choices for breakfast, an outdoor seating area. Rooms spacious and comfy beds.
Cons: Can't think of anything!!
Location: This hotel is only 10 minutes from airport and that is why we chose it. However, there are plenty of good restaurants just around the corner.
We were greeted by a wonderful young lady who did her best to make sure we got checked in quickly. They were sold out the night before and the cleaning staff was working hard to get rooms ready, so we were able to find a comfortable area to have a little "picnic" while waiting for our room to be ready.

Nice hotel, friendly staff!

The overall structure is in need of repairs & paint, however, the friendly staff, cleanliness and updated decor makeup for these other détractions.

We had the worst experience ever!

Pros: Nothing. Didn't deliver what they promised. At all.
Cons: They could start by letting guests get what they promise on their website.
Location: Don't know.
We had the worst experience ever at La Quinta in Lubbock North. Their web site says: Free Internet, Free Coffee, and Free Toiletries. We got none of this, what we got was: - No towels at all during our stay, even though we asked for them many times (they were in washer apparently) - No coffee, the whole morning during breakfast it was no coffee because it was FROZEN! The breakfast area was full of people who tried to get coffee, but there was none - No internet, the night we came, I don't know why it didn't work but our children wanted to down load a film on tablet for the car trip the next day - this couldn't happen. - No tissue paper - No toilet paper in the public restroom downstairs by the reception area We are 100% unsatisfied.

Pros: Clean and great staff.
Cons: Closer to the Airport.
Location: I didn't have time to do anything other than business.
I always try to stay at a Fairfield Marriott or a La Quinta Inn. They have the cleanest hotels, the best beds and organized and trained staff.

Very different from our last stay at this hotel

Our last visit to this hotel was very good. I think we must have had an updated room. Our room this time was a bit old. When we arrived at 5:00 our room still had not been cleaned for the day. Once it was ready the dirty sheets for several rooms on our floor were still piled up & down the hallway and stayed there until after we went to bed. Hotel also accepts pets & there were A LOT of dogs, everywhere, including in the breakfast area. Hotel was sufficient for our needs for the might but I would not consider staying there for multiple days.
