Hotel looks great, but looks is all. Room was presentable and looked nice. Carpet throughout was sticky, needed to wear shoes at all times. Bathroom cabinet had dried shaving cream left Uncleaned. Someone put a cocktail glass by elevator on our floor we noticed when we arrived and it stayed there the two days we were there. Someone also spilled beer in the elevator and no one cleaned it up the three other times that afternoon we rode again. No one at restaurant hostess station inside hotel the three times we were going to try that out for a meal so ate out of hotel entire stay. Stopped to have a few drinks at the bar and the gnats were too much so we took that business elsewhere also after the first drink. We valet parked the two days we were there and I removed my gun from the console when we arrived. Thank goodness because when I put it back when we left I noticed someone had rummaged through there like they were treasure hunting. We are not very hard to please and haven't written bad reviews but all things combined we felt compelled to write to warn others. Overall the hotel looks great and is very well located (restaurants,campus,stadium) the staff and cleanliness disgusting. Room Never Cleaned.
