Pros: Convenient to our location. That was it.
Cons: Management could put some capital towards upkeep. Paint and repair.

The hotel is an absolute abomination. Terrible conditions. Everything is in disrepair. The parking lot was filthy and strewn with litter which should have been a red flag right there. The front door was in did repair and one side was not functioning properly. The front desk staff was friendly but lethargic. The room was fairly clean but the curtains in our room were torn and allowed light to filter in throughout the night. Then we wake up early to get on the road and the shower does not turn on, leaving us with only a bath to bathe as an option. Totally disgusting. Not happy with this place at all. Overall it was a bad experience. Expedia should make buyers beware of such places and steer people away from such businesses.

Pros: It had been a convenient area for our needs. Now convenience will not matter as much as our safety and comfort!.
Cons: Caring about customers and responding to the individual needs of person staying with them. A legitimate request of safety should NEVER be ignored!
Location: Our stays in Lubbock are for Medical care. They are not for pleasure however there are many very fine restaurants .
We have stayed in this Motel many times for years however we had not needed to stay in Lubbock recently and we will never stay in this Motel again it was awful to speak kind of it .tthe tub was dangerous my 87 year young father almost fell three times while trying to shower, we had to buy a toilet extension the toilet was so low, we asked for a mat for the tub and was told give them a minute and 5 hours later they had not spoken with us or brought the mat. We will NEVER recommend anyone stay here!

Slippery showers, noisy all night, toilet ran all night. Only good thing, pumpkin waffles.

Photos are a ruse, this hotel is disgusting.

Walking in, we were first presented with a family fighting in the parking lot. I wouldn't judge the facility by just this normally. However, there were many families fighting and slamming doors. The hotel was dirty when we first walked in and the room was not much better. The beds looked clean but the bathroom was filthy. The shower had hair and whatever left over. The toilet was stained with urine and the sink had pieces of something all over it. I would not stay here again.

Problems with staff and outdated options

Staff was not friendly and pool was not heated nor was hot tub functional even with checking prior to reservation with hotel staff. Staff acted bothered with questions or needing towels for pool. The room needs updates but is comfortable. Would not stay again.

Facility was no clean. Rooms were substandard. Hot tub was broken and dirty. Staff were rude and hateful. Breakfast was very limited. For what I paid for the room, I should have had better accommodations.

Beyond Disgusting!

Pros: The front desk staff was very nice about the whole thing and gave us no problems about cancelling the 2nd and 3rd night
Cons: Everything - serious cleaning and repair needed!
We checked in an the front door was in disrepair. The entry way was not clean and had cigarette butts laying around. It only got worse from there. The indoor pool made the whole hotel smell of very strong chlorine. The room we were given was visibly dirty - the toilet had poop spots on the sides! The floor around the toilet was also visibly dirty and had not been cleaned. We were moved to another room, but The whole place just creeped me out. The food was marginal at best. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but were able to move to another hotel for the 2nd and 3rd night. Do yourself a favor - find another hotel!
