Clearly the property is undergoing renovations. The room was stylish and large however, the walls, cabinets, mirror and floors were very dirty. The property from the outside looks very old and somewhat rundown - hence the renovations. It served its purpose - we slept, we showered and were on our way.
It was ok. The check in was good. The room needs repair. The pic above the bed was missing, showing just the holes in the wall. The TV was obstructed by a wall while sitting on the bed. The bed was hard as a rock and not comfortable. It was clean though. Just a quick one night stay, so it was adequate.
The property is hopefully under going some renovations. Our room was not painted and the headboard had been recently removed and the paint had not been refinished. Many spots in the room had not been refinished or painted. The shower did not work. For $65 a night - I expect a shower.
Quiet, close to the finest restaurants and stores.
