Proximity to university is not bad. Needs some maintenance and lighting. Limited breakfast options. Small parking lot.

Tolerable for the price. By no means would it be considered nice or well maintained and surrounding area doesn't feel safe.

Pros: Availability and price.
Cons: Quite a bit, but I suppose you get what you pay for.
Location: Very convenient location.
I am typically an optimist, and like to focus on positive things. However, this was not a good experience. I will visit Texas Tech multiple times over the next few years, and would never again entertain the idea of staying here, under any circumstances.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
My last two booking for hotels via Expedia have been disasters. Crappy hotels, not the rooms I requested or wanted. mix up on the bookings, etc. I won't book hotels with them again.

Pros: Nothing
The hotel was not the best. There was a homeless person living behind the building. Not a good place for pets. No where to take them. We did not feel very comfortable staying here but was tired. needs to be updated and modernized. Will not stay there again.

It seamed as though the door had been kicked in. It would barely close. We slept with a chair propped against the door for added security. The bathroom door would not close. The floor seamed dirty. The decor was old. No amenities.
