"We booked a Superior Double Room based on the Expedia advertisement that we would have a balcony or patio. Once we arrived, we were informed that the Superior Double Rooms have a balcony OR bathtub, and we were put in a room with a tub. I had also messaged the property to ensure we had a balcony/patio and to check on parking. They never responded, and when we arrived the staff informed us that the person who responds was off that day. Buyer beware…check out the hotel on their website and call if you need to reach them. Do not trust the Expedia descriptions. Overall a fine hotel in a great location."
