Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and functional. Enjoyed the small bar but only open during weekday evenings. Good breakfast buffet. Wi-Fi had annoying habit of short drop-outs.

The property is convenient next to the motorway and has easy access. It is 15 min walk to the old town( we did use a stop watch 😀). We were able to get a quick breakfast close by at a local coffee shop. Our only concern was that we were able to hear people in the neighbour g room. We could hear their conversations and coughing and did point this out to the front desk staff. They said that unfortunately they were booked and could not offer us another room.

About a mile from the train station. It was a long walk after being on the train all day. It was clean, staff was friendly. The girl in the bar was amazing! She made us salads and bruschetta that was awesome. The town of Lucca was darling and I would have loved to be closer.

A very nice hotel for a few days stay. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. A 1.5km easy walk to centre of old town where you will find so many restaurants and quality food.

The property is in walking distance to the walled city of Lucca. Nearby are two supermarkets, a lovely pub and restaurant. The are is quiet, safe and well lit up to walk back. A good hotel which is clean, quiet and the staff are helpful.

Love Lucca
The facility was comfortable, modern, very clean and staff friendly. My only disappointment was the price of breakfast and distance to the walked city of Lucca. A real Italian breakfast is available for less than 5 euro just don’t expect an American breakfast as that was discontinued due to lack of interest.

Great hotel.
Hotel was great. About a 10 minute walk from the beautiful walled city of Lucca and the train station. Supermarkets, bars and places to eat nearby as well. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good also. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Affordable drive by hotel
Room was on the main floor across the parking so curtains had to be closed if you did not want to have people looking in. Air condition worked only on max or nothing and even on max it became cool only about midnight. TV didn't work and there was nobody available to fix it. Staff was acceptable but below average. Price was good however, so you get what you are paying for. Good things: easy to find, clean room, good breakfast (a must as no coffee shop around), free parking, gas station just around the corner and large grocery store next to the hotel. Walk to the beautiful old town along busy street (I think it may be spooky at night) about 20 min. Return taxi 8 Euro.

Had to change one room to a real job-smoking room. Other than that stay was comfortable. We liked the hot breakfast. Good value. Location is ok but probably not the best for walking around. Will stay again a recommend to others.

I booked two standard rooms for 4 nights: it was supposed to be a four star hotel and it was very expensive. The rooms were small considering how much I paid for them. The air conditioning was extremely noisy and in fact, leaked. Water gushing out of it on the third night. I complained the first morning about the noise, which also included the clanking of water pipes and poor double glazing. But the hotel did not change our room until the water poured out of the air conditioning at 3am in the morning. We are convinced from the response given to us on the night the water leaked that the hotel management were all aware of the problems with the air conditioning. The hotel website points to a walk of 15 minutes into Lucca but does not tell you that there isn't a safe and proper pedestrian pavement to the road into town. We had to walk out into oncoming traffic to get to Concordia to walk into town. The breakfast was very, very poor: the food was uncovered, with fruit flies hovering. There was never any hot food left by the time we got to breakfast (9am). The eggs were replenished once after we insisted but we never saw any other hot food. The bread and the coffee was also appalling. The fruit juice had never seen a fruit for sure. A terrible waste of money. I have never been so tired on any holiday ever. The staff in reception were OK. I'll never book with Eurostars or Expedia again.

Free bike rental
Great hotel. It’s outside the city center close to the main road, which is great if you get there by car. They have free bike rental which is great. It took us 6-10 min to bike to the city center

Very close to Lucca, perfect access to highway, Max 30 minutes to Pisa airport, free parking and free bicycles to visit Lucca. Room a bit noisy due to be very close to the highway, but excellent overall.
