The location of the hotel allows you to directly access the beach by crossing Viareggio's famous seaside promenade. The Hotel has undergone a renovation of all the rooms where the bathroom has been completely renovated as well as new Dorelan mattresses, pillows and TV; while the furniture and where possible, the and common areas, maintaining the Art Nouveau style that has distinguished it since its opening in 1922. The colors chosen for the walls were designed to convey a feeling of relaxation.
