beautiful view of the ocean and close to beach

Pros: The hotel staff were all very nice. We felt safe there. The main beach was very clean and nice sand. We were able to upgrade to the Lady Hamilton.
Cons: The room could use a new couch and comforters. The buffet could be a little quicker with bringing beverages. They were out of champagne one morning.
Location: We didn't leave the resort and we just wanted a lot of R&R, and we got it! We were close to the beach and pools. Beautiful sunsets and weather.
The steak house, the jerk chicken hut and the fish tacos at the Sunset Cove were the best. Also the grill by the pool. We did find that at the restaurants, they were out of things that we wanted. The salad bars weren't great, just ok. The drinks were really good. The omelets at the buffet were really good and good wheat bread for toasting. I liked the fruit on the buffet too. We upgraded to the Lady Hamilton side and asked to be close to the main building with an ocean view, and we got it. We were on the 3rd floor with no elevators, but we didn't mind getting some exercise!

Fabulous hotel stay.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The employees were always very willing to provide service with a smile. There was a large variety of delicious food selections from which to choose. The Grand Palladium Hotel is beautiful; the beach and swimming pools are clean and well maintained. I look forward to spending my next vacation there.

It was a great experience but this hotel is far from all the good clubs and party spots and fun activities ! The cab rides to those places are expensive ! But it was the best trip i have taken and the hotel doesnt really feed into the jamaican vibes

This was our 5th stay and the best yet!

Pros: restaurants, beach, music, food
Cons: Get softer mattresses and pillows.
Location: Many things to do nearby: waterfalls, hiking, restaurants, beaches, horseback riding, scuba, boar rides
We've already booked our 6th stay. We've been coming here since 2009. It gets better every time. Great experience at the spa and the beach. Everything was exactly what we wanted it to be. It's also great for families. There are waterslides for kids.

Excellent room excellent service ocean view king size bed and a pull out couch. Fridge well stock up and every day they replace items used. No problems with losing your stuff. The ladies that clean the room very honest. I am pleased

November 6-11th

Upon initial arrival, they tried to stick us in the furthest villa from the center where alll the restaurants, bars, pool, beaches. We immediately left the room and went back to check in and requested another room and they looked at us like we were the ones confused. For a few minutes awkward stares from the staff behind the desk. Eventually I was asked to pay even more money to be on the other side so I just paid. Which I would’ve never done but under the circumstances I was in it was just easier for me to pay. Food could have been better for lunch/breakfast buffets but again it’s a buffet what can you expect...also, there wasn’t much of a night life there once you ate dinner and had a drink or 2, that was really about it. At that point it’s 9:30-10, maybe if you’re lucky! Great beaches/ pool. Nice hotel but needs to offer better customer service especially at the initial check in period. REMEMBER, FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE EVERYTHING!!!!!!!

Hotel is on a man made beach. Food is not great

Stayed for 7 nights and upgraded room to suite with sea view. Although the accommodation is fine, staff always expecting tips (housekeeping maid woke me up at 7am the day before our departure as she was not working on the day of our departure and wanted to remind us so we don’t forget to show our appreciation). The restaurant by sunset cove is where the food is best. All other restaurants were disappointing. It got to the point where I was not looking forward to dinner. Also no one mentioned that the hotel is on a man made beach which was really disappointing as Jamaica does have beautiful beaches (highly recommend staying in Negril for the beaches). There are the buggies to help you get around the resort but you will end up waiting for around 20 mins. The only good thing about this resort was the spa

Ok resort the entertainment was interesting touch

My husband and I overall had enjoyable stay. There was an incident where we tried to get new towels and linen and it took hours and repeated phone calls. A good perk was a rep for Expedia that was present at the hotel for any assistance. Also the food was extremely well prepare options were great and very impressive variety.

Huge hotel and beautiful

Never use the $1250 hotel credit they need to do a better option for the money like tours. The coupon for room upgrade was never used even though we upgraded from one room to an ocean view room cuz they said it's not part of it. It was never explained to us properly.
