Overall the hotel is great. The only problem I had wad the bathroom toilet area smelled like urine. The problem was fixed

The resort overall was beautiful the property was very clean. Many of the staff members were very friendly some were not at all. Things seemed to be very unorganized when it came to doing simple things like checking out. The buffets not very good. The Jamaican and Italian restaurants were definitely the best! There are shuttles but they are VERY infrequent even if you call for a shuttle they may not even come or you'll be waiting a while. Guests should make sure to get a room near the main pool otherwise it's a long walk if your room is towards the back of the resort. They work hard to entertain guests and that was great! There were different shows every night which were very entertaining.

our 7th time at the Palladium!

Pros: everything. Nice improvements since our last stay to the beaches, sports bar, some restaurant décor, and adding a children's pool
Cons: bring back the seafood paella to the jerk chicken hut...pretty please!!
Location: we don't leave the property when we are there
There is nothing to want for and nothing not to love. You have to be crazy not to love this resort, its staff, its ameneties, the food, the music etc etc

Would you like a ROACH in your nuts?

Pros: Nature. El Agave restaurant.
Cons: They just don't care about anything. It's not freedom there, they just do not care about you.
Location: Snorkeling. But the beaches were pretty dirty. The bottom of the sea looks abandoned. Tours are expensive.
First of all the room was not prepared for guests, though we paid extra for a better room, BUT the bathroom door was broken and didn't close, empty mini bar - no drinking water, phone didn't work. It took me 2 days to solve all these issues, why? I was supposed to drink cocktails and relax on the beach instead of running back and forth begging to help us out or give another room! They refused to give us a better room. They refused to do anything to comfort us and make our stay more pleasant. Room was cleaned on the 3rd day after my complain. I found a live roach in the peanuts. I found sharp mussel's shells in my seafood salad and seafood soup at their Poseidon restaurant. I showed this found to our waitress and she said it was Ok because it's a seafood. It is not ok, those pieces of shell can easily cut your guts! When I was snorkeling, I met 2 local spearfishers. They even showed me their catch (little tiny fish). I was shocked! And decided to swim away from them. Suddenly, I heard the arrow released right next to me. I had nothing to do but to stop my peaceful snorkeling. I was trying to find security or bay watchers - there was none on the whole beach. I found a security guy on my way to the room and reported him about those violators. Guess what he said? He said it was OK! After my complaints he said he would check on it. A drunk lady womited on the bench right next to our villa. Her stuff in womit had been exposing to us for 3 days. There is much more to add...

Pros: Variety of food, the grounds and the atmosphere.
Cons: Service and an update of the rooms.
Location: There are a number of tour providers operating onsite who can arrange tours, including shuttles, for guests. We took a snorkelling trip that was great
We loved the grounds at the Grand Palladium. The range of pools and beaches, along with other activities, are great and given how big and full the resort was, we never felt it was a struggle to find a good spot. The range of food options is fantastic but the buffet is not run overly efficiently with regards to seating and the over attentive service (it's a buffet). The rooms are a little dated and although our bed was a bit rickety, it, and the pillows, were comfy.

The resort is beautiful and the staff was great!

This was our first time at the GP and we really enjoyed it. They have covered walkways, a huge pool, and 3 beaches. They had kayaks onsite, and the water was great. It was very calm and clear. We would definitely recommend staying here if you're traveling too Jamaica!

Pros: the grounds are,beautiful.
Cons: the tiles in the room need repairing.
Location: great location right on the main road and nearby to other attractions
Staff was friendly and the food court was very attractive with delicious food.

Beaches where nice.

Male staff hit on girlfriend a lot, and most female staff where rude. Snorkeling masks where horrible, they leaked and some of them where held together by rubber bands.
