Had a great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant had great food. Perfect location looking over the water and covered bridge. Also, it was very clean. Highly recommend!

No mention of can’t park car. Have to park far away. Bad directions to hotel. Very tricky as in old town where no cars are allowed. . Looks better on website than it is. Old. Overpriced for cost.

Right in the center of town. Convenient. Easy to get around. What I didn’t like is I paid premium for a view from the room. The windows had tight sheets from top to bottom . And the windows only open like 2”.. so there was no very from the room.

We loved our stay! The hotel staff goes out of their way to help with any questions you may have and offer recommendations on things to do in Lucerne. The location couldnt be any more perfect, shops and restaurants are right outside your door. We loved our room #222 with a huge balcony, overlooking the lake. The hotel's restaurant is top notch. Train station is a quick 5 minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel! What a great town to visit!!

We had a balcony room overlooking the Chapel Bridge and it was just beautiful. The reception staff were really helpful and the check-in / check-out process was very easy. This hotel is in an excellent location. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food and service was outstanding.
