The hotel is in a great location and just a short walk from the main shopping street, the museums are nearby and the train station is just a ten minute walk.

We stayed at the hotel during Carnival, and it was perfect. It was only about a 5-8 min walk to the Altstadt, and about a 8 min walk to the train station. Close enough to all the festivities, but also very quiet, since it was actually not right in the center (just a couple blocks out). They served a good European breakfast with breads, meats, cheeses, bacon, eggs, coffee, juices, yogurt, granola, and Moscato. The front staff was friendly; they accept pets (for a small daily fee), and there are several restaurants easily within walking distance. There is also a Migros, Coop, and Aldi just down the block, about a 3 min walk. All in all, I would stay here again when returning to Luzern.

Access available 24/7 late arrival allowed by arrangement, night porter attends , lift to all floors, very comfortable and clean, staff attentive excellent breakfasts travel pass for city,convenient for SBB and shopping and restaurants. Major refurbishment immediately prior to covid so all is pristine.
