Lovely location, staff is friendly and attentive, the Restaurant Pikante is just the best, if you stay at this property you have to try it for sure , Peruvian traditional food is magnificent, delicious, the city is small but beautiful.

This hotel is horrible!! The first night the electrical/power went out!! And since the front desk is not 24hrs, I had to called an emergency number listed by the front desk, but it was a voicemail. The 2nd night, there were no towels places in our room after it was cleaned, again called the emergency number left voice message, no one reply! Had use my own T-Shirt to wipe off after shower. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are lots of choices in Luzern.

We loved the hotel and the local area. Nice facilities and interesting decor in places. Lovely city and the hotel is in a perfect place to explore. Parking in the car park over the road wasn’t the cheapest but it was very easy

Staff was nice and allowed early luggage storage. The hotel is old and could use some updating. The bathroom was especially cramped with the strangest bathtub/shower set up. It’s about 10 min walk from the station.

At the front desk was a very welcoming and friendly man named Reynaldo. He was very accommodating and had a wonderful work ethic. I would stay here again and mostly because of him. The breakfast was in a very nicely decorated area that had Peruvian decorations mixed with Swiss! Nice to be somewhere that has a unique vibe.
